    We send all orders by post, always via Sedex. For the Southeast region and Brasília, the delivery time is usually 1 business day. For the Northeast, the delivery time is up to 5 business days.

  3. How do I request an exchange or return of a product?
    To request an exchange or return, send an email to vendasparioca@gmail.com within the established period (30 days for exchange and return or 7 days for regret). Our team will guide you on the next steps.

  4. What payment methods are accepted?
