Return and Exchange Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to request the exchange or return of products purchased in our e-commerce within 7 calendar days after receipt, without the need to justify the reason and without any penalty. Delivery Policy
Our products are carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made through the Brazilian Post Office, always via Sedex. Delivery times may vary depending on the location: for the Southeast region and Brasília, the delivery time is usually 1 business day, and for the Northeast, up to 5 business days.
