Return and Exchange Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to request the exchange or return of products purchased in our e-commerce within 7 calendar days after receipt, without the need to justify the reason and without any penalty. If the product is defective or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us immediately so that the exchange can be made as soon as possible.
For fashion products (classified as non-durable goods), the deadline to request an exchange or return is 30 days from receipt. The right to regret can be exercised within 7 days after receipt of the merchandise, valid for purchases made outside of a physical store, such as in our e-commerce.

Delivery Policy
Our products are carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made through the Brazilian Post Office, always via Sedex. Delivery times may vary depending on the location: for the Southeast region and Brasília, the delivery time is usually 1 business day, and for the Northeast, up to 5 business days.
